For more than a decade I’ve worked in film and television development and production in Hollywood. Most recently, I was a TV studio executive at Amazon MGM Studios, where I developed a series that rose to #1 worldwide on Prime Video within days of its premiere. Much of my work has been storytelling through world building across TV, film, podcasts and comics, shaping characters, protecting lore and honoring the story. Behind the scenes, I helped build a new studio organization from the ground up.
Now, I bring founders that same expertise: studio-level strategy, business organization and creative world building, supported by streamlined systems, whether they’re building a brand, a practice or a retreat. Creative Executive on large-scale sci-fi and fantasy series and IP franchise worlds: characters, mythology and the rules that hold a universe together. Earlier, as Creative Coordinator, wrote script notes, evaluated book and script submissions, created pitch decks, led IP research and tracked incoming pitches from agents and managers. Also built the systems behind a full development slate: one central tracker for every project and open deal, kickoff guides for creatives and talent, payment and deliverables workflows, and the team’s playbooks and SOPs.
Executive support to the President of Television, the EVP of Film and the Head of Worldwide Production. Worked across the television and film departments alongside creative development executives and C-suite leadership.
Produced a dozen short films, including Joy Joy Nails, which premiered at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. Served as Line Producer and Production Manager on short films, music videos and commercials, running budgets, schedules and crews while working closely with talent.
